Mom and I were looking for a company to paint our house. She met Matthew at the Boise Home and Garden Show and arranged to have him come to our home to do our estimate. When he arrived he was very friendly and professional and answered every question. After a short time of reviewing quotes from other companies, we chose Imperial Painting. I will say that what attracted us the most about Imperial Painting was the overall cost for the job, high ratings and positive reviews. Team leader Andrew and his crew did an outstanding job! His crew were extremely helpful, friendly and professional as well as respectful of our property. This company did a great job on painting the outside our house last week. They had very good customer service and communication during the whole process. Such respectful young men who smiled and said yes ma'am and yes sir which means Matt and Jesse are doing a great job setting up a culture of good service. Amazing experience from start to finish. Not only did I hire Imperial to paint my personal home, but I have also sent them to quote & paint all of my clients homes. Their prices are hard to beat; communication is top notch; they truly care about their clientele and the work they provide; and the house looks fantastic. I had a random paint color I really wanted and their supplier didn’t carry it. They were able to get it color matched and provided everything I asked for. Thank you for an excellent experience. Update: I hired Imperial for more painting and they performed spectacular may again!! I went to work and came home to TWO more perfectly painted rooms!!! The team at Imperial Painting was spectacular !! They were all friendly, professional and detailed. I was super impressed with their clean up, no splattering anywhere. They painted our kitchen ceiling and a living room. I’ll definitely be hiring them again!
